Bernedoodle Puppy Application

A $300 reservation payment is the first step that will guarantee you a puppy from your chosen litter.

Deposits are Non-refundable, but transferrable to another litter. Breeder reserves the right to evaluate each request for cancelation of a reservation regarding deposits.

Please do not send in a reservation payment until you have communicated with me to determine litter of choice and create your customer file.

Final payment of the balance, less the deposit is due in cash when your puppy goes home.  If paying the balance via PayPal, there will be 4% transaction fee applied to that final balance.
